Unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement, PlainSignal retains the copyright to all photographs we create, including those commissioned by clients. The specific usage rights granted to clients will be outlined in individual service agreements.

3.3 User Content

If you submit, post, or share content on our website (such as comments, reviews, or testimonials), you grant PlainSignal a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content in any media.

You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights to the content you submit, that the content is accurate, and that use of the content does not violate these Terms and Conditions or cause injury to any person or entity.

4. Photography Services

4.1 Booking and Deposits

When booking our photography services, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date and time. The deposit amount and payment schedule will be specified in your service agreement.

4.2 Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a photography session, please notify us as soon as possible. Our cancellation and rescheduling policies are as follows:

• Cancellations made 30 days or more before the scheduled session: deposit is non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled session within 6 months of the original date.
• Cancellations made 14-29 days before the scheduled session: 50% of the total fee is due.
• Cancellations made less than 14 days before the scheduled session: 100% of the total fee is due.
• Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

4.3 Delivery of Images

We strive to deliver your photographs within the timeframe specified in your service agreement. Typical delivery times are:

• Portrait sessions: 2-3 weeks
• Weddings and events: 4-6 weeks
• Commercial projects: as specified in the project contract

Delivery times may be extended during peak seasons or due to circumstances beyond our control.

4.4 Image Selection

We carefully select and edit the best images from your session. The number of delivered images will depend on the package you've purchased and will be specified in your service agreement.

4.5 Usage Rights

Unless otherwise specified in writing, clients are granted a personal, non-commercial license to use the images. Commercial usage rights must be separately negotiated and may incur additional fees.

4.6 Model Release

Unless you explicitly opt out in writing, you grant PlainSignal permission to use images from your session for portfolio, social media, advertising, and other promotional purposes.

5. Workshops and Educational Content

5.1 Registration and Payment

Registration for workshops requires full payment in advance to secure your spot. Specific payment terms will be provided at the time of registration.

5.2 Workshop Cancellations

Our workshop cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made 30 days or more before the workshop: full refund minus a processing fee (typically 10% of the workshop cost).
• Cancellations made 14-29 days before the workshop: 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 14 days before the workshop: no refund.

5.3 Workshop Changes

PlainSignal reserves the right to make changes to workshop schedules, locations, or instructors if necessary. In the event of significant changes, participants will be notified and offered the option to receive a full refund if they choose not to attend the modified workshop.

5.4 Educational Content Usage

All educational content provided during workshops or through our website is for personal use only. You may not record, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on our educational content without our express written permission.

6. Online Purchases

6.1 Pricing and Payment

All prices listed on our website are in British Pounds (GBP) and are subject to change without notice. Payment for online purchases must be made through the payment methods specified on our website.

6.2 Digital Products

For digital products (such as presets, digital guides, or online courses), delivery will typically be immediate after payment confirmation. Due to the nature of digital products, they are generally non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

6.3 Physical Products

For physical products (such as prints or albums), shipping times and costs will be specified at checkout. PlainSignal is not responsible for delays in delivery once the product has been shipped.

• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our website
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our website by any third party
